SHOREFRONT
	All of our updated waterfront units feature 500+ square feet, efficiencies, kitchen area, microwave, A/C, heat, two double beds with sleep sofa (or king size bed and sleep sofa,) large HDTV with DVD player, en suite private baths with bath tub, and daily maid service. Sliding doors open to your private deck on our waterfront Cape Cod Bay beach.

TWO BEDROOM UNITS
	These individually owned units all have color cable TV, A/C, heat, kitchen area, full sized refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, private bathrooms, and an outdoor deck on the boardwalk to our private beach and swimming pool, with lounge chairs and a picnic table. The bedroom suite has one king bed while the second bedroom has two twin (or twin bunk) beds and the living room has a sleeper sofa.

TERRACE DUNES / RCI
	These studio efficiencies have an apartment-sized stove with an oven, a full refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, table and chairs, A/C, heat, cable TV with DVD player, private bath with tub and vanity area, and a double bed with a sleep sofa (or two double beds, or a king bed with a twin sleep sofa.) All units have exquisite views of the Cape Cod Bay and are about 100 yards from our private beach and swimming pool (accross the street.) The second and third floors feature units with a private balcony with a sliding door; the first floor has a patio area; two units have wheelchair-access.

REFUND POLICY: Your deposit guarantees your confirmed accommodations for the entire reserved period. If notice of cancellation is received by the above cancellation date (3 weeks prior to the arrival date) we will refund your deposit, less a 10% cancellation charge. If you cancel your reservation after the cancellation date, we will refund your deposit less the 10% cancellation charge only if we rebook the reserved accommodations for the entire reserved period. Since your deposit applies to the end of your stay, there can be no refunds for early departure.
